After working 10+ years at a family owned dietary supplement CDMO, of which the last 2 years guiding the company to private equity ownership, one thing repeatedly catched my eye.

The number of people being brilliant in analyzing what went wrong, what should have been done, the faults, the shortcomings, is abundant. In turn the number of people actually solving challenges and getting things done? Looking for a needle in a haystack.
